Our specialty lies in molding custom blow molded plastic products for a variety of industries, including the automotive, medical, and consumer markets. Custom plastic products are made from a range of plastics, such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), and most engineering grade resins.
Our blow molding facility consists of nine presses ranging from 10-50 pounds utilizing 17 accumulator heads blow molding machines, can produce parts up to 48 inches wide by 120 inches long and up to 50 pounds. These blow mold presses are supported by state-of-the-art bulk material handling, cooling, and drying systems. Our facility also has a rail spur with siding and a rail car unloading system for delivery of plastic resin into our manufacturing facility.
